These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "End User", "you") and Cryptix Limited, trading as NowRamp ("NowRamp", "we", "us", "our"), by setting out the terms and conditions under which NowRamp provides its Services to End Users through its website(s), widgets, and/or application programming interfaces ("APIs").
For certain services or features, these Terms may include or be supplemented by additional terms and conditions, including terms of third-party service providers. Please review Clause 9 et seq. for further information.
By accessing or using the website or Services, you accept these Terms either by virtue of such use or by explicitly agreeing to them prior to using the Services.
By using the Services and agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you provide informed consent for the necessary sharing of your data with selected third-party service providers for the purpose of facilitating transactions. Additional or repeated consent will not be requested at each instance of data sharing, unless required by applicable law.

NowRamp is solely a provider of technical infrastructure that allows supply and demand for conversion services to find each other. NowRamp:
NowRamp is not a party to any transactions between End Users and Third-Party Providers and does not take custody of End User funds or crypto assets at any stage.
NowRamp does not and cannot provide customer support in relation to transactions between End Users and Third-Party Providers, including but not limited to:
Any contractual relationship relating to a transaction exists solely between the End User and the relevant Third-Party Provider and is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions.
To provide and optimise the Services, NowRamp processes a limited amount of user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All personal data entered and processed in connection with transactions is governed exclusively by the privacy policies of the relevant Third-Party Providers, which must be accepted by the End User when using their services.
NowRamp does not facilitate transactions. End Users independently initiate and complete all transactions directly through Third-Party Providers. NowRamp is not involved in the formation, execution, or settlement of any transaction.
No transfer of intellectual property rights shall occur as a result of your use of the Services or acceptance of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in and to the website, widgets, APIs, software, trademarks, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to NowRamp.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to End Users solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Services for their intended purpose.
As NowRamp is not a party to transactions between End Users and Third-Party Providers, NowRamp makes no representations or warranties with respect to such transactions or the services of Third-Party Providers.
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Without limiting the foregoing, NowRamp makes no representations or warranties regarding:

NowRamp shall not be liable for any damages arising from transactions between End Users and Third-Party Providers.
NowRamp shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
Except where attributable to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
NowRamp shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, depreciation of digital assets, or regulatory exposure.
NowRamp shall not be liable for losses arising from market volatility, regulatory changes, technical defects, or risks inherent in crypto assets.
NowRamp's aggregate liability towards an End User shall in all cases be limited to EUR 100, or, if lower, the total referral revenue actually received by NowRamp in relation to that End User.
The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, force majeure, or other causes. End Users accept this risk.
NowRamp may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
All provisions relating to limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law shall survive termination.
NowRamp may discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily, without liability.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Invalid provisions shall be deemed adjusted to reflect the original intent as closely as legally permissible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Certain features or services accessed through NowRamp may be subject to additional terms imposed by Third-Party Providers. Such terms apply in addition to these Terms. End Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms prior to using third-party services.
